  I found this awesome little specialty diet place on a quick drive through Olympia. At first glance it looks to be closed (I was so happy that it wasn't), but that is mostly due to the angle at which it faces the main road as you drive by it.
  I'll be the first to say it, I am constantly shocked at how there are so few diet specializing restaurants/businesses in the Pacific Northwest. The very best vegan restaurant I have ever been to was located not in the PNW, but in Eastern Nashville of all places. That being said, this place was pretty good, it's the kind of restaurant one would think to find more of out this way.
  The service was respectful, the place was clean and well-kept, and the food options were pretty various. We really enjoyed the vegan dessert options, and the pizza slices were delicious.
  If you're a person who has to live by a somewhat discerning diet (which should be about 88% of Americans right now), then this is the place for you. Check it out, you'll be glad you did. I know I was.

  Great coffee and pastries. It can get a little slow when more than 2 people are in line, but completely worth the wait.

  I had a wonderful vanilla blueberry muffin & spot on coffee. The biscotti is tasty, too! I stopped on the way home from discover aquatics. I think I'll make this a tradition.
