  This is precisely what it's name states, it is a cooperative. What does that mean? It means that it is owned by the workers, and for that, you get the epitome of local. The food options are what you would expect from a quaint, spot that is known for breakfast and lunch. They offer organic ingredients, vegetarian and vegan options.
  They do not have a large space, so it can be common to have to wait to be seated when it is full. Their open hours are shorter than a corporate chakn, but what you sacrifice in convenience you get in good quality food!
  
  I am of the plant based diet bunch, so my experience here is strictly Vegan, but don't fret, they have delicious, organic, local options, for omnivores and herbivores alike.
  
  There is a wheelchair accessible restroom. (for manual chairs) this is an LGBTQ friendly, Disability Friendly, and an all inclusive, hate free establishment! A favourite for the locals! This is one of my personal spots for a good breakfast.

  We really enjoyed our breakfast here. Solid, standard breakfast. Maybe not the best service overall, but a good place for what you get.
