  Good meat & food choices, prices are a bit high & there is always a line at check out. Customer service is slow but good.

  Safeway, we need to talk about rush hour or the peak. Shortly after 5 PM every weekday, you seem surprised that there are lots of people checking out and only 2 or 3 checkers. There are plenty of staff all over the store, but you need more checkers at peak times. Other stores get on the intercom and say "all available checkers up front please". Can you do that please?

  I shop here on my way through town because of the prices. It's never too crowded like other Safeway's. I like the selection and the bakery. I enjoy that there is a seating area next to the Starbucks. There is Wi-Fi you can use inside the store as well. The atmosphere at this Safeway is welcoming and the employees are kind.
